Le’Trice, Owner and Founder, brings years of experience in the luxury stationery industry, successfully running Lepenn Designs, a fully custom stationery company. She recognized the need for high-end stationery that delivers a luxurious experience without the steep price tag, which is how Plume was created.

[Pulled from Lepenn website] As the Owner and Lead Designer, Le’Trice has over 18 years of experience in the design industry and her love for design and paper is fueled with every client she has the honor of working with. Her love of designing began during her undergrad years at Wayne State University as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. where she was allowed to design special pieces for chapter events. She later realized that her creative talents were a true gift from God and that her career path would end up being much different than originally planned.
Lepenn Designs was originally founded in 2007 by her and her husband after wanting to create a family business that would cater to her passion for creativity. When she isn’t designing she spends time with her husband and two boys dining out, road tripping, playing board games and catching some great movies together!
She appreciates the flexibility working for herself provides and makes it a priority to balance between being a full time business owner, Mom and Wife.

Jennifer Beaudette has a strong background in both marketing and design. She graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design. With over six years of experience in custom sales and interior design, Jennifer has honed her skills in project coordination, ensuring each project flows seamlessly from start to finish. Her passion for design and attention to detail make her excited to guide you through every step of your stationery project, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process from beginning to end.
