Design Files
All files will be deleted 30 days after your event date. Please ensure you save the files provided to you on your computer, phone, USB drive, or another storage device.

Proofing Email

The email address you provide at checkout will be used for all order confirmations, updates, and proofing emails. Please double-check that this email address is correct before completing your purchase. By selecting this box, you confirm that you have read and understand the information above.

Shipping Address

Your shipping address will be collected during checkout. Please verify that it is correct and reflects where you want your items to be shipped after production. Monogram/Artwork

I understand that The Plume Collection retains all printing and production rights for day-of paper pieces (programs, menus, place cards, signage, etc.)

• I understand that it is not permitted to share these files with any other stationer or paper company, nor have any printed paper items produced with these files through any other vendor.

Timelines + Production

Proofing (3-5 business days): You’ll receive your first round of proofs from our design team. You can request up to three rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect.
Production (3-5 weeks): After final approval, your order will move into production. Digital printing usually takes about 3 weeks, while letterpress and foil upgrades may take up to 5 weeks.
Assembly and Shipping: Once your items are printed, they will either be assembled and shipped to you (if you chose assembly services) or sent for you to assemble and mail yourself.
