Our Process

step 1 | place your order

Explore our collections and create your ideal suite. Our easy-to-follow process guides you through a variety of options for wording, colors, print styles, embellishments, and more. Once you’ve provided all the details for your special day, you’re ready to finalize your order.

Step 2 | Receive Your Proof

Within 3-5 business days of placing your order, you’ll receive your first proofs from our design team. Each order includes three rounds of revisions to ensure you’re completely happy with your suite.

All items will be proofed together, and any envelope changes should be submitted with your invitation revisions. A “Proofing Checklist” will help you review all details before submitting edits.

*For custom illustrations, we’ll create the artwork and send mockups for your approval as soon as the illustration is ready*

step 3 | production & Assembly

Once you approve the proofs, your order will enter production. Digital printing will take 3 weeks to complete, while letterpress and foil upgrades will take 5 weeks.

step 4 | Shipping & Mailing

Your suite is now printed and ready for shipment! If you’ve chosen our assembly services, your order will arrive ready to be mailed. Otherwise, we’ll send you all the printed materials for you to assemble and mail yourself.
