Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can order semi-custom stationery for events like a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Rehearsal Dinner, and more! Simply choose the suite that best fits your event and fill in your wording where applicable.

Semi-custom stationery refers to pre-designed templates that can be personalized with your event details, such as wording, colors, and other customizations. It’s a great option if you want a unique design without the full cost or time commitment of custom-designed stationery.

To determine if it’s the right choice for you, consider the following:

  • If you like a design but want to make some personal adjustments (e.g., color changes, wording), semi-custom is ideal.

  • If you’re looking for a quicker turnaround than fully custom designs but still want something tailored to your event, semi-custom is a great option.

  • If you have a specific budget in mind, semi-custom stationery often offers a more affordable alternative to fully custom designs while still providing a high level of personalization.

The price range for semi-custom stationery typically varies depending on the design and any customizations you choose, but it generally starts around $TKTK. Premium options, such as foil or letterpress upgrades and embellishments, will come in at a higher price.

For Save the Dates and Invitations, order one per household, guest, or couple, depending on your guests’ living arrangements. We recommend ordering 10–15 additional pieces to account for keepsakes, last-minute additions, or any potential addressing errors.

The best time to order your Save the Dates is 6–8 months before your event. This allows ample time for production, addressing, and mailing. Ideally, Save the Dates should be sent 4–6 months in advance, giving your guests plenty of notice to mark their calendars and make necessary travel arrangements.

It’s best to place your invitation order 5–6 months before your event to allow enough time for design, production, and revisions. Invitations should typically be sent out 10–12 weeks before your event, giving your guests ample time to RSVP and make arrangements.

Yes, you can mix different printing methods and paper choices within your stationery suite. (TBD on how to answer this question)

Once you’ve placed your order, this is the typical timeline and process:

  • Proofing (3–5 business days): You’ll receive your first round of proofs from our design team. You can request up to three rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect.

  • Production (3–5 weeks): After final approval, your order will move into production. Digital printing usually takes about 3 weeks, while letterpress and foil upgrades may take up to 5 weeks.

  • Assembly and Shipping: Once your items are printed, they will either be assembled and shipped to you (if you chose assembly services) or sent for you to assemble and mail yourself.

It’s best to order your wedding stationery for the wedding day and weekend events about 3 months before your event. This timeline allows enough time for designing, proofs, revisions, production, and shipping. For events like the rehearsal dinner or thank you cards, it’s ideal to place your order around that same time to ensure everything is ready well in advance.

Yes, you can mix and match collection designs, but we recommend staying within one collection for a fully curated look. This ensures a cohesive design across all your stationery pieces.
